Open Windows' notepad (start>run>notepad) and start typing in one by one each one of your VOB files with full path, for example, if you have 4 vobs that are VTS_XX_01.VOB, then you should write: C:\VOBS\VTS_XX_01.VOB (enter) C:\VOBS\VTS_XX_02.VOB (enter). save the file as STREAM.LST.
